Living Life To The Full with CMHA-NB10/05/2016
Living Life To The Full, a flagship program of the Canadian Mental Health Association based on cognitive behavioural therapy, helps at-risk populations cope with low-mood, stress and anxiety disorder.
By gaining an understanding of the correlation between thoughts, feelings and behaviours, participants learn how they can affect activities of daily life and develop the tools necessary to affect positive mental health outcomes.
This is the second year the Foundation has supported this program, bringing our total funding to $45,000.
The Canadian Mental Health Association of New Brunswick facilitates access to the resources people require to maintain and improve mental health and community integration, build resiliency and support recovery from mental illness. CMHA–NB is committed to removing barriers and discrimination that impact quality of life and guide equitable access to resources so that people can fully participate in society.
